# END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - PON-DB Reader V1.2

**IMPORTANT NOTICE:** By downloading or using the **PON-Reader** binary (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the following terms. This Software is the intellectual property of **Roberto C. Aleman F.**, and its integrity is notarized on the **Bitcoin Blockchain (Block 942545)**.

### 1. USE FOR SERVICES The use of PON-Reader is authorized for both personal and commercial purposes. TThe user may provide paid services to third parties who use this software, provided that they do not charge for it (The Software), do not distribute it under another brand (**White labeling is prohibited**) and do not sell it as an independent product without permission from the manufacturer or author.

### 2. SINGLE SOURCE OF ORIGIN The Software is only legitimate if obtained from **pon-db.com** and it is verified with its respective sha2sum. The use of copies obtained through any other means invalidates this license and poses a security risk to the user.

### 3. NO-SUBSTITUTION CLAUSE The user irrevocably acknowledges that PON-DB does not replace their original files; it is an data viewer for .pon files. The user is solely responsible for their backup protocols and exempts the Author from any liability for data loss.

### 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ANTI-TAMPER Reverse engineering, decompilation, or analysis (debugging) of the Software's algorithm or the .pon format is strictly prohibited. The Software includes self-defense mechanisms that will invalidate the binary if intrusion attempts are detected.

### 5. "AS-IS" WARRANTY & SUPPORT The Software is provided "as is." Its use does not grant the right to free technical support or claims regarding performance, which depends exclusively on the user's hardware and configuration.

### 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall the Author be liable for indirect, incidental damages, or loss of profits. The Author's total liability is limited to **$0.00 USD**, given the free nature of this utility.

### 7. WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION If the user does not accept these terms or future updates, they must immediately cease use and delete all PON-Reader files.

### 8. VALIDITY AND JURISDICTION The use of the Software implies adherence to the license published on the official website. Any legal dispute shall be submitted to the Intellectual Property laws applicable to the Author's domicile. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to this Agreement.

### 9. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY The Software operates strictly on a local basis. The Author does not collect, access, or transmit any data processed by the Software. All data remains within the user's infrastructure.

### 10. EXPORT COMPLIANCE The Software utilizes cryptographic algorithms (AES-256-GCM). The user is responsible for complying with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

### 11. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

### 12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Author's primary residence. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this License will be brought exclusively in the courts located in said jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
